| Spring Workshop
MYB's Spring Workshop is the culmination of what the students learned during the Winter Workshop. Ballets from the classical repertory, the work of George Balanchine and new choreography will be featured to show our dancers' development as young artists. End-of-Year Performance This performance will highlight the progress of each student in works choreographed based upon each levels curriculum for the year. Additional pieces will also be performed to showcase the versatility of our students including both contemporary and character. Lecture Demonstrations Throughout the year, our students will have the opportunity to perform in lecture demonstrations for students in New York City schools and extra-curricular programs. These interactive workshops will take place in MYB's home theater as well as in locations around the city with the goal being to introduce ballet to new audiences. |
