I have read the Manhattan Youth Ballet Summer Intensive Student and Parent/Guardian Handbook, and I understand and have discussed with my child that they are expected to conduct themselves according to all of the principles and guidelines outlined here within. I understand that email is the primary form of communication for Manhattan Youth Ballet, and the email addresses I have provided are working and checked often. I understand that I am responsible for all tuitions and fees associated with my student’s participation at the Manhattan Youth Ballet Summer Intensive. I grant permission to the Manhattan Youth Ballet Faculty & Staff to further my student’s dance education by providing direction both verbally and physically in accordance with the Manhattan Youth Ballet mission. I grant permission to the Manhattan Youth Ballet Faculty & Staff to post photos and/or videos of my student taken in the Manhattan Youth Ballet studios and building to social media.
