Scholarship Contract

Congratulations!

You have been awarded a Merit/Financial Aid Scholarship for The Manhattan Youth Ballet’s

2025/2026 Pre Professional Program

In accepting the awarded scholarship, I agree to the following terms:

I will attend all scheduled classes and rehearsals. Any absences will be reported in advance and justified via email to admin@manhattanyouthballet.org and d.wingert@manhattanyouthballet.org

I will behave in a disciplined and responsible manner at all times, treat my peers and teachers with respect and will set an example for all students.

I will uphold all rules and regulations placed by MYB at all times.

I will work hard and give consistent effort during classes and rehearsal.

I will assist as needed at MYB, performing tasks that may include but not limited to: Light office work, assisting dance classes, helping with birthday parties, stitching/mending costumes, working at fundraisers/benefits, participating in lecture demonstrations.

I understand that failure to comply with the above conditions OR any rules issued by the artistic staff, faculty or MYB/MMAC staff can result in the termination of this scholarship agreement.
