Volunteer Sign-up Form

Our volunteers our crucial to the success of our annual Knickerbocker. We are always in need of a helping hand, and here is your chance to sign up.

Description of Needs

Costume

Our wonderful costume crew is always in need of extra hands. This may require some sewing, and also helping dancers into costumes. We need assistance for all tech rehearsals, and all performances. Typically will be during tech rehearsals and half hour through performance, but any hours you are available for is extremely helpful!

Barback

We will have a bartender ready to go for every show to sell all of the items available, but they will need a hand pouring, serving, and checking out. This would be for every performance and would start an hour before showtime and end when the performance is about to begin.

Chaperones / Runners

For every performance we have upstairs studios as holding rooms because our dressing rooms cannot fit every dancer. We would need 2 chaperons per show to sit in the holding rooms and make sure all the kids are remaining focused and are ready for their entrance, while also being in contact with our stage manager for when to send them downstairs. This would be for half hour call through the end of the performance.
